i have a 5 thm old and she is still having accidents, I take her out every hour on the hour, she can usaully hold it for that long, I give her alot of praise each time she goes, I also crate her at night and she can now hold it all night long, this took about a week, she now goes to the door but if im not there to let her out, thats when the accidents occure, good luck to you, please post pics, would love to see her
