If I were back in the states, I am sure my choices in vets wouldn't be as limited, but unfortunately I live in the UK and am in a smaller town, there are 3 main vets here one you can only take your pet to if THEY consider you too poor to afford a vet, then theres the one I go to now, then theres the EXTREMELY expensive one, I am on a very low income.....though I wasn't at the time I took on my babies....but now that I am on an extremely low budget the other vet..who probably would do a better job , is just simply out of my reach, even if I wanted to take him there I simply could not afford thier fees.It makes me so upset that the very welfare of my beloved Moe is down to cost.....but I am only just getting over a very lengthy illness myself, and 4 surgeries later financially I am left with the bare minimum to live off .....the UK is more expensive than one might think , but if tomorrow this vet doesn't do anything different I will be looking into the idea of a possible loan to afford the other vet...if the bank allows it.
