If you have the dog for a certain amount of time and no one notices, you are legally allowed to keep it. Check for the time limit though. I know a few people in Stuyvesant Town that have been able to keep their dogs this way and you know how they are there

If anyone asks you can say a friend is visiting with the dog. Good Luck and where in BK are you?
