First I would suggest that you remove the pads where you dont want her to go and leave the one in the bathroom.
Whipe down with the deordorizer spray on the places where you removed all the pads.
Then everytime you see that she needs to pee just place her on the wee wee pad in the bathroom. Do this constantly and praise her praise her everytime she does. Close the door to the bathroom if you have too in order for her not to get away.
