im training Wookie to go only one pad, and its been a challenge, because he doesnt seem to have control on his bladder yet.. because if he is five feet away from it, and he has to go.. then he just goes.
maybe if she knows the "go potty" command, you can continuously put her on the one in the bathroom, and take away the other ones, and with a few accidents, she should learn that there is only one, and thats where she should go/
