No matter what the situation if a trainer you asked for help grabbed your dog by the back of their neck like that, would you be okay with that? I would be happy if one of my babies bit him after he "handled" them like that!
But to each his own, I just don't like it...
Also, the dogs calmed down only because they were afraid of HIM- IMO
