My Yorkie puppy is due for his third set of shots, the breeder i bought him from gave me the dates of the first two set of shots he got but she didn't provide me the information with a vet certification... if i just bring in those dates, will the vet find that it's sufficient information to get his third set of shots? thank-you!!
