 Frames and states regulations...
Hey just a heads up. The plates are cute but you have to be careful. NY State doesn't allow the frames or anything else that slightly hinders the full plate being displayed. It's a ticketable offense if you get a bastard of a cop or one that needs to make his quota. My mom just got ticketed two tickets for hers at $65 a pop. She tried to fight it but the judge said it's illegal and she had to pay the fines.
