Good Morning All!

Cappy is now almost 2 years old. Here's my dilemma....(same as almost everyone elses...)

He still pees and poops in the house!!! So much so that we lost our security deposit on our last rental because of him! I love him to death and would just be so happy if he would train! We take him out all the time, tell him to go pee and poop, and he does! But without hesitation, he will pee & poop inside too...no warning, no wining to go out, nothing, just squats or lifts his leg when and whereever he pleases.

I don't want to have to keep a belly band on him all the time...but we've just built a brand new house, new furniture and everything, and we can't have him peeing in our new wood floors and rugs and ruining everything..he's already cost us TONS of money! Any suggestions would be SOOO appreciated! He;s just spoiled rotten, I love him so much but we need to train him...
