Ellie is very cat aggressive. It is similar to the kind of aggression she shows around bunnies and ferrets (you know the Yorkie doing what it was bred to do). She growls at cats, chases them constantly for days. She certainly does enjoy doing it though. I think she might try and kill kittens. We will never test that out.
I think it can work but it depends on the dog.
