The red spot is approx 1/2 inch and right above looks looks like a little tiny red spot and a little nub like an under the skin tiny pimple. But the red marks don't really look like rashes mor like from a pinch or twist of the skin (not that I think he twisted her skin) but sorta more like from a bruise.
