I don't mind at all when people or their kids want to pet her. Some kids if I feel are too roudy or won't be gently, just by looking at them I say no because she bites. But most people I have no problem with them petting her. It's them wanting to hold her that I have a problem with. I eventually want to make her a therapy dog for nursing homes, so I want her to be socialized, but I don't want anyone holding her. I feel that I'm being fair by letting them pet her, they just go too far by wanting to hold her. It's like, OK DON'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MY NICENESS. |
