well first Congrats on Vet School!!! what a perfect job for a dog owner!!

Layla is the same way.. we are ALWAYS together. she goes to work with me... and is always by my side. She has been going to day care for probably 6 months... a few days a month.... and at first she cried when i left her there at first and wanted me to pick her up and not leave her.... BUT it does get better.. as long as you can get out the door she will ahve a blast! the babysitter said after about 5 min of needing to be held she was in with the other dogs playing like she had always been there. But layla acted this way for the first few months... but NOW! she cries because we dont' get in the door FAST ENOUGH!!! and is never too excited to come home! so dont' worry.. she will have a hard time at first but she will start to LOVE it shortly!
