even if it is hereditary, is it really dangerous? we don't plan on selling the puppies, just keeping it within friends and family if having a "defect" may be an issue for some people.
to put it bluntly, my main concern is that my puppy might actually die if she is bred. my vet only mentioned that it may be hereditary but other than that he just kept on pushing me to get her stitched up and asking if i had the money. |
