Cindy is wonderful! I just bought two harnesses for Lucy from her and when I was away in a wedding on Saturday, my boyfriend wasn't watching Lucy very carefully and she chewed through one of her harnesses.
Cindy was so sweet...she told me to send it back to her Harness Hospital and she would repair it free of charge! now that's what I call customer service!
