Panda babies are only about 4 ounces when they are born. This cub will be 2 weeks on Friday.
It's so little that the mom keeps the baby tucked between the front paws. When the baby is visible the camera usually zooms in. The cub is mosty white right now and you can see the faint lines of the black markings that will come in gradually.
