I'm afraid you won't see an end to the runny poop until she is done diapering the pups. As long as she is ingesting their pee and poo, she'll have runny, stinky bowel movements. As far as her spending less time with the pups, as long as they are gaining weight I wouldn't worry. Just keep an eye on their weight and praise her each time she nurses. The more she nurses the more milk she will produce as her body will go with the demand.
