I agree with Donna, we taught Daisy the "be easy" command and it worked great. She learned in no time that she had to be gentle with them. It just takes time and they really need time to mature, being a puppy with all the hyperness and energy makes it difficult. It will be much easier once he calms down more but keep at it and teaching him to "be easy" or "be nice".
