I am very lucky with Sammy Maree, she doesn't get any tear stains. Max gets very little, but I keep his face clean and use Polident whitening tablets disolved in water. I rub it carefully on his stains, leave it for about an hour or so and then wash it out ( I do it on bath day), and any tear stains that were there are gone.
