I haven't experienced anything like this. But, are they having any loose stools with the vomiting? Is the vomiting just bile? Did the vet do a stool check to look for parasites such as Giardia?

There was recently another member whose babies both got sick. Although stool samples were negative, she is pretty sure it was Giardia. It doesn't always show up when they test either.

If the anti-nausea medicine is finished and they are still vomiting, or if loose mucousy stools begin, I would suspect Giardia. I do agree with calling the groomer and letting them know that both of your babies became ill after being there. There are also canine flus that are very contagious.
