If he flew in the CABIN, with someone to care for him - well, yes, he would probably be okay - but he is VERY young to be leaving his mother. I wouldn't fly him until he was 12 weeks, or even 16 weeks if he is a "tiny".

You would need to bring:

Pee pad (just in case while in airport)
Dog food (in case of plane delay)
Nutrical
Leash / harness / id
Water bottle (like a "hamster" water bottle)
Wipes (in case he pees/poos or gets sick)
Towel (see above)

You may want to give Pepto Bismol 1.5 hours ahead of time for his tummy. And you may want to give a bit of Children's Benadryl - BUT HIS WEIGHT MUST BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION BEFORE DOSING THE BENADRYL.

Please be careful, these guys are very fragile at these ages.
