Oh trust me Border Collies are extremely hyper puppies,lol. She is just getting to an older age and mellowing out some, but I run her in my yard daily for exercise. She is a wonderful dog, but it required alot of trainning to get her this way. She was taught at an early age that Yorkies are small dogs comapred to her and she knows what the word be easy means very well now.
