Piper had her's done at 9 months. All her baby teeth were gone except her canines. The Vet did both spayed & removal at the same time. Max is almost 10 months. He has finally lost all baby teeth except canines. I think it took him longer since he is so small. So now in the next month or so, we'll have him neutered & his canines out. Our new vet wanted to wait until he was done teething. He also only has 1 testicle, his other one never came down, & we were waiting on that also.
Well, good luck on what ever you decide to do. |
WOW, 4 months old and spayed.

I'm glad you switched vets.

My Trixie was great with everything. She lost all her teeth between 5-6 months and then spayed around 7 I believe. Everything went so smooth. Poor little Pia on the other hand was just a mess. She never went into heat until about 14 months. It's a long story of what happened and why I waited that long.

She also never lost any of her teeth and had them removed during the spay. I was just hoping Paisley would take after Trixie more but I guess only time will tell. She is quite small still so I think I'm going to wait as long as possible to have all this done. I guess size really does make a difference with all this stuff. Thanks for the help.
