I just emailed them and this is the email i got back from them.

Order has already shipped. Costs us too much to intercept it. Did you dilute the shampoo with water. Some dogs get hives if you don't dilute it. When you receive it if you don't want to keep it you can send it back for refund or pass it on to a friend.
