If you don't open the bottle when you receive it, I would think it would be fine to return it. I would email their customer service dept. and explain what happened and that the bottle is going back. It's kind of hard to argue with an allergic reaction. I would think that would be grounds to return the product unopened. Just my opinion.
I am very very glad that he is responding to the treatment and doing better.
The thought that it might be a type of mange had me worried there.
