This is also my first year and I was wondering the same thing. I read on the website that the dog must have proof of rabies vaccine. My furbaby has a rabies vaccine tag on his harness so I hope this is enough proof. Also, I read that they are going to have a beauty contest. I assume this is like a fashion show. Did all the dogs dress up?
