I was thinking of microchipping Rocky as well but just like you laasilve i live in queens and he never goes out without me. We also live in a apt building and i just dont think it's necessary. God forbid if he was to ever get dognapped i dont think the micro chip is like a gps that you can track where he is at (correct me if im wrong).
If it is like that then it's worth it but if not i know i am not going to get him microchipped. If we lived in our own house with a yard then i would definetly do it.
that's just my opinion
