I have a compaq, I don't really like it... the power cord is really touchy, it has to be pushed and turned JUST RIGHT in the back for it to work at all, and that started after it was only about a year old. Around that time the battery stopped holding a charge, so it always has to be plugged in. This January when it was just over 3 years old, the hard drive crashed out of nowhere and I lost EVERYTHING, nothing is recoverable. Everything included all my pictures of friends and family and Layla since I got her! All my music, all my videos, my resume, all of my schoolwork... gone. Luckily it didn't crash a month earlier when I was finishing my final projects to graduate from college!
