Lily does that to pee and poop. She does it to eat too but then its more like a hand stand. She has amazing balance.
In her case, I know the cause. She has hydrocephalus which causes her head to be a bit too big for her body so she tends to "tip over" towards the front. She has adapted very well though. I try not to laugh at her but sometimes I just can't help it and I bust out laughing when she does her balancing act. Then she gives me a dirty look and yells at me
