Yikes! If he's throwing up now, then it could have something to do with the Sentinel. I would think that if they are having an adverse reaction to a med then the first thing is that their body will reject it which would cause diahrrea and vomiting. I would definitely call the ER vet... you can't be too careful and he is SO young and tiny! Better safe than sorry and at least you can see what they say about the Sentinel and any side effects it would cause.
