Whenever I sell a pup out of state, I fly them personally to their new home. Call the airline to find out their specific regulations, but it usually costs an extra $100 or so and they need to fit under your seat during take off and landing, but you can put the carrier in your lap during the flight. It's a lot less stressful for them. Let us know what you find out...

2 mos is too young to fly cargo. And you will probably need a health certificate. Check with your vet also.
