hi everyone, im needing all your great advice again please. we are getting ready to start training mickey and bella to go potty outside. what im not sure about is we are going to be using harnesses as their little necks are so fragile. my problem is, do you keep the harnesses on all day so when they need to go potty we can just clip their leads on and run down the stair with them or do you just put harnesses on when their going out but then they might not be able to wait while we faff about getting them ready.
