I'd be writing the Humane Society and the ASPCA - that sounds awful for those poor dogs and the laws need to be changed where this isn't allowed - Those poor poor puppies - laying on ice packs ? OMG that's got to be so uncomfortable for them - I'd like to take that woman and put HER on an icepack |
