We left a deposit for a beautiful little girl puppy. She was very friendly to us. When we returned to bring her home and complete the sale, we were shown a different dog. The breeder? kept insisting it was the same dog, but it was much larger, and did not have the same personality (this dog wanted nothing to do with us - only the breeder?). We knew this was not the same dog. I finally said that dog does not look anything like the picture we took on our cell phone. The breeder quickly informed us that maybe we would like a different dog, but we could never register it with the AKC because they only wanted their dogs to be pets - not breed. I knew we were not purchasing any dogs from them. They knew it too and quickly returned our deposit and ripped up all paper work. We had made a copy of the paperwork, and I did talk to the bbb. I did feel bad for those dog. |
