it is really quite easy. you can just use your fingers and pull a few out at a time.. i dont' think layla even knows when it is happening.. she jsut sits there... i bought some powder from petedge which helps oyu get a good grip on the hairs. I just learned by watching the groomer do it and she basically said just pull
