it sounds like they won't listen to you even if you strongly suggest that they don't get a yorkie.
if they get one (which might just happen), i believe you should just encourage them to do things right and maybe encourage them to let you babysit alot (the dog, not the kids
).... which could lead to you owning the dog at the end! atleast he/she would be in better hands.
