I work in downtown Minneapolis. I had just gotten off work and got on to highway 35W North to go home. I was coming down the exit ramp to the highway when I heard a loud noise. I looked ahead and seen the bridge was missing! Then another part just fell out of sight and all you could hear was people slamming on their brakes. I just frozen I could not move! It was like I was watching something out of a movie. I remember hearing a man with a whistle blowing it and yelling telling people what to do on the part of the bridge that fell. someone came to my truck and ask if I was ok. I couldn't stop crying to answer. I felt so bad for the people who were on the part of the bridge that fell. I can't put that image out of my mind.
