Yes, you do have careful eaters! I would more trust my mix (13y/o shih-tzu/maltese/silky) with a wing or chicken neck than I would Miss Abigail-Ceana, as he is more careful than she. But, still, with all the other choices in RMBs, I just don't bother with wings or necks.

Yes, and Yes. Feed ONLY human-grade meats, and do NOT cook them. Take them out of the freezer, thaw or feed partially frozen (my Mozart prefers his almost frozen); but be careful about giving our wee Yorkies frozen meats, as sometimes their core temp can drop rather suddenly. Abigail has given me a couple of scares this way!

hehehe....yep...pretty much the same here, too. You'd think we were out to kill our dogs! Never mind that the vets can't deny that fewer RAW fed dogs have bouts of common ailments that they see in kibble fed pooches (arthritis, pancreatitis), and our dogs' teeth never need cleaning! I'm fortunate, however, in that at least my vets don't fight me about it. They don't push unnecessary vaccines on me, either - knowing I will only take what the law forces on us. Over-vaccinating has compromised our pets' immune systems.
