 Puppia Harness
Heather, I ordered the Puppia harness through BowsaWowsa.com. I've never ordered throught his company but the price was only $19.99 (plus 5.95 s/h).
I can't wait for it to arrive to test it out on our walks ... hopefully the size will be right).
