I think my shih poo, Oliver, snagged his dew claw on something. He's licking it, and cries out if I try to touch it. He is a normally a big digger and paws at me a lot. He is putting weight on it but occasionally will favor it or lift it. The nail is a little long, so I guess it must have snagged on something. I feel horrible. Should I wrap it, or just leave it alone. Does this warrant a trip to the vet. I don't think it's bleeding. I think he's just very, very sore. What should I do?????
