Louie used to do the same thing to me when he was a puppy, but never to my husband. I asked him why and he told me that he was the leader of the pack and Louie knew it. To this day no matter what my husband says to him he always listens. Me on the other hand he just bats his eyes and tilts his head and gets away with anything!!!
