Yep absolutly, raw meaty bones (soft bones covered in meat) can be consumed completly and if you like you can give hard bones such as beef bones for them to chew on but these should not be consumed.
I agree with just about everything else mentioned although turkey is fine, its just the skin that is not the best although OK in very small quantities.
