Hi and Welcome to Yorkie Talk!

I have three yorkies that are service animals and they can definitely be trained to assist you with your disability. The law that allows service animals access into any public place is the Americans with Disabilities Act and I would suggest you first do a search and read the actual law. Your disabilites are "qualifying disabilities" under the law and you can find a professional to help you train your yorkie by going to Delta Society's webaite as they have a list by state of trainers. Although the law does not require professional training, due to the nature of your disability, you would be best served to have a professional work with you in my opinion.

If you have any other questions feel free to PM me as I am glas to help.
