is he wetting the bed by accident or on purpose?
if its by accident then perhaps he has a UTI or has just forgotten his potty training at night.
If its on purpose then yes i think neutering should help, however, you should be aware that there is a chance it may not work. He's 2 years old and has already formed male habits so there is a chance that even after neutering he may still mark.
