Could someone just invent the perfect harness/collar hybrid please? One that protects their tracheae, doesn't matt their hair, allows tags to be worn, prevents the tags from getting caught in anything, and has no danger of causing choking? Oh and it has to be easy to take on and off. And pretty colors please
