i found it a lot easier to understand for EVERYTHINg.. lol.. it is like they are just talking to you... they go in depth with food and what is good what is bad... there are no receipes..well there are 4 i think.. they tell you what they feed their dogs... one is a vegitarian and so is her dog... but my favorite part is the back with the different ways to treat injuries and illnesses.... SUCH a great book...
