I'm so sorry about the big pup. We had this happen when I was a kid, we bred poms. I still remember so clearly the pups being born in the wee hours and the last huge pup being born late in the evening. Taffy tryed so hard to get her pup going, my Dad gave it mouth to mouth but it had been dead too long. She gave up after that and one by one pushed each pup away. We had her spayed and quit breeding. I hope your mom recovers beautifully and your pups flourish.
