Ha ha! I must be getting old, because I don't remember coining that one! But it's funny, so I'll take full credit.

But to comment on this thread, it's bunk. Yorkies, as a breed, are in no way clumsy. Maybe, as Judy says, when they are puppies. Or maybe, as some others said, when they are wound up and racing with abandon at high speed.

But clumsy? No way. I marvel at the stop-action pictures I get of Eddie playing with other dogs. He stops on a dime. He rolls. He twists. It's remarkable how he contorts his body and yet keeps his focus on what it is he wants. If I had his athleticism, I'd be an Olympian.

Here are a couple pictures that sort of show what I'm talking about. His focus is incredible. And I've seen the same thing out of other Yorkies I've known.
