I use harnesses for walking my 3 but they have collars on at all times for their tags. I'm the type of person that is so paranoid to think, if someone breaks into your house, would they be carful enough to make sure your dogs diden't escape? They are also microchipped but I think of the microchips as a back up to the tags.
