I was just reading your breakdown and the first thing that looks really high is the lab work. Ellie's cost about $94 which is very expensive. She did not get an echocardiogram. The meds were about the same price. Simple extractions were between $45 and $65 each. I think the actually dental was $105 which included 45 minutes of anesthesia (isoflourine). Every extra 15 minutes of anesthesia was $38. The $600 doesn't include her first office visit/consultation so maybe add another $25.
